Journey of Re-Discovery Of The Self…

On this auspicious occasion of Navaratri, a beautiful Hindu festival of celebration of the divine feminine consciousness and victory of good over evil, I take the opportunity to start writing again on this blog

It’s been over 3 years since I posted in this blog.

So many changes have happened in my life. It reflects in the title of this page.. From – Rewrite your future, To – Living in Kailasa. I have been living in the ashram or aadheenam as we call it, for over 15 years now.. but only now do I realise and experience Kailasa – The Abode of Paramashiva.

Kailasa is all about – living the life of Paramashiva.. as simple as that!

Some people may start laughing when they hear that.. but Kailasa is just that.. it’s a place where one is nurtured, trained and raised to Live like Paramashiva.

If you are in any way familiar with the Hindu scriptures.. you know that this is the Truth.. this is the Truth the ancient Rishis have confirmed, this is Truth Bhagawan Himself has confirmed several times during His several avataric missions on planet earth.

You are Paramashiva!

Now this statement may require one to believe in many things first.

  • That there is more to life than what just meets the eye .. meaning life has no end .. it only has a new beginning
  • That life is a miracle.. we are all living miracles, living in a miraculous world.
  • That there is a higher presence, power called by many names – God, Krishna, Buddha, Jesus etc..

If you believe in the above or even want to believe in the above but don’t know how, If you  are interested in learning and experiencing Paramashiva then the join me in this journey of discovery .. Rediscovery of the true self – Paramashiva.

You Can Manifest Yourself as You Want!

A beautiful discourse where, Living incarnation Paramahamsa Nithyananda reveals very good news: we are not final products as we are, we are seeds of possibility! “Even Sadashiva considers Himself as a seed; the greatest is still ahead of us.” This means, regardless of the patterns with which we may think we are stuck now, or the difficulties we may face, we always have potential to recreate our lives as we want them to be. Swamiji tells us, when life is not going as we want, the only reason we haven’t created what we want it to be yet, is that we haven’t acted towards what we want. Fantasizing and acting are different; Existence responds to action. Powers manifest in us through Action! The only thing you need is the Will to break and rejuvenate your life!

Samskara Dahana Kriya – Be free of pain impressions!

Paramahamsa Nithyananda

Bliss is the Path and the Goal!

Samskara Dahana Kriya is a powerful process from the Vedic tradition to heal all the pains and suffering impressions which we are carry within us. The past is not dead as we think. It affects us every day, in the form of biases which cloud our perception and make us take incorrect, and sometimes wrong decisions in many situations. Whenever we want to do something new, or handle an unexpected turn in life, or make a major decision – the doubts, fears and dilemma which come up are the residue of the past painful experiences.

Samskara Dahana Kriya process relieves one of the pain and angst associated with past memories, and removes the impressions and their effects.

Absence of these impressions removes doubt, fear, dilemma, etc from within us. Such a conflict-free mind creates a conflict-free life and inner space for bliss, peace and love.

HOW TO DO IT?

Its a five step process:

  • Start by penning down your earliest memories of your life, all the pain patterns, pains you experienced in your life – physical pain, mental pain, emotional pain, psychological pain, all the pains, pen them down.
  • And re-live them in your inner-space and relieve – at least five times.
  • Then, re-live them and relieve them using the mirror.
  • Then, sit with another person, go on sharing. Share at least five times. Listen at least five peoples’ Completion story.

At the past midnight, in a place where there are no sounds of any animal to be  heard, let the yogi practice puraka and kumbhaka, closing the ears by the hands.

He will hear then various internal sounds in his right ear. The first sound will be like that of crickets, then that of a lute, then that of a thunder, then that of a drum, then that of a beetle, then that of bells, then those of gougs of bell-metal, trumpets, kettles-drums, mridanga, military drums, and dundubhi, etc

Thus various sounds are cognized by daily practice of this Kumbhaka. Last of all is heard the Anahatha sound rising from the heart; of this sound there is a resonance, in that resonance there is a light. In that Light the mind should be immersed. When the mind is absorbed, then it reaches the Highest seat of Vishnu(Parama-pada). By success in this Bharaamaree Kumbhaka one gets success in samadhi.

TECHNIQUE
1.Close your ears with with hands and close your eyes and hum intensely.

2.Do this for 7 minutes

Note: 10-15 minutes after doing this kumbhaka one should eat something

Disease Description

Diabetes mellitus, often simply referred to as diabetes, is a group of metabolic diseases in which a person has high blood sugar, either because the body does not produce enough insulin, or because cells do not respond to the insulin that is produced. This high blood sugar produces the classical symptoms of polyuria (frequent urination), polydipsia (increased thirst) and polyphagia (increased hunger) and these conditions show up as the classical symptoms.
Diabetes can also occur in pregnant women, which is called gestational diabetes; and congenital diabetes which is due to genetic defects of insulin secretion, etc.
Globally as of 2010 it is estimated that there are 285 million people diabetes. Its incidence is increasing rapidly, and it is estimated that by 2030, this number will almost double. Diabetes occurs throughout the world, but is more common in the more developed countries. The increase in incidence of diabetes in developing countries follows the trend of urbanization and lifestyle changes.

Handling Criticism – a stepping stone to higher self!

There are probably only some enlightened souls who don’t mind being criticized. The rest of us cringe at the thought of it. Some people run away from it. Then there are some, who don’t even attempt doing anything lest they be criticized!

Even though everyone hates it, no one has any qualms doling it out to others! J Inspite of knowing that all of us have our own faults and have our strong points and not so strong points, we still make the mistake of criticizing others. If you saw the face of the person criticismreceiving it cringe, then please don’t fool yourself and others saying you were just giving them some honest feedback! Feedback is given from a space of completion, where there is only an interest to see improvement in the other, whereas criticism is used only by a person who has vengeance and anger within!

There are some people who run away from criticism, and some who avoid it like plague. All of us should however know that handling criticism can be a great teacher if you take it in the right spirit! Whenever you feel the heat of criticism – put a stop to the chattering in your mind and Look In! Why are you feeling the heat of it if what was said was not true? If its true, isn’t it good that there is someone to remind you and bring back your focus in the right direction? If its not true, why bother about it at all? One way or another, remaining cool and contemplating on it will take you a long way in understanding yourself and understanding life!

Always Listen! Listen to yourself! Listen to others! Each time you will move one step more towards your higher self!
